Great food , great service , waitress was wonderful. Will be back again. Me and my 3 kids ordered cheeseburgers and fresh cut fries & my wife had pancakes. We loved everything.
A buddy and I stopped in on the way to the races a Wall Stadium for a hearty breakfast. We truly enjoyed the wonderful omelets, historic ambiance and friendly service. There are too many cookie cutter chain restaurants in the world. Here is a chef/owner and his staff giving us a feel of old time New Jersey history. Critics can say what they want, but the value for giving us such was priceless.

More than excellent roadside dinner near the Wall Circle at the juncture of Routes 33 & 34. Never been here before and ran across it while on a leisurely drive enjoying the weather on July 4, 2021. This a diner straight out of yesteryear - it's small - this isn't a Johnny Rockets! :) They've got the traditional diner menu. Omelets, sandwiches, soups.... I had the roast beef (which apparently they roast on their own) and my GF had the Mexican Omelet. I can tell you that both were suburb ... but it was the Omelet which stole the show. It was seriously one of the best Omelets that I have ever had. The jalapeños in it gave it the perfect bite. I'd definitely come back here just to have one of those. French fry lover? They have your choice between fresh or frozen (for some reason some people prefer frozen fries, I don't understand that, but to each their own. I highly recommend the fresh which come with skin on them. Delicious! So would I recommend this place??? Absolutely!!! I will definitely be back! Make sure to say hello to the dinosaur mascot hanging out along the left side of the building!
I prefer diners over fancy restaurants and this place is the epitome of a traditional diner. It is simple and has that down-at-home feel. I love it. The outside may give you pause and thus drive right by. I went based upon comments from other Yelpers and stopped in for lunch. There is a nice variety of items of the menu. The staff are rather friendly, but initially came off cold. There was good interaction between the servers and their customers. The cook/owner would also come out to chat and check on things. The food was decent and just like the diner - simple and wonderful. As I said, I prefer diners over fancy restaurants and I really like this spot. One thing missing was the classic diner pie selection; bummer.
